Phazey- thanks for your remarks... totally useless and missing the point of my post, but appreciate the trolling nonetheless.

It was my intent to draw attention to these problems in hopes of finding resolution/fixes to them as soon as possible... no wine with my cheese, thank you.  :D

So it sounds like some of these are native problems then... hmmm, wonder how long it takes on average for the native to get bug fixes?

Was just in game and tried to climb these ladders too... got jerked all up and down the ladder and then slingshotted and then died.  Will definitely avoid trying to climb those in the future.  :D

Since some ppl don't bother to read the forums before replying, here's some links:

Ppl falling thru maps & Invisible walls: http://forum.c-rpg.net/index.php/topic,16730.0.html
Swinghits on 2H weaps, polearms hits around corners, xbow & arrows going thru targets aka Hitboxes totally messed: http://forum.c-rpg.net/index.php/topic,16310.0.html
Siege ladder & shield problems: http://forum.c-rpg.net/index.php/topic,16226.0.html

Just was in game where someone was walking thru air on invisible ladders, and there was an invisible siege tower too... just all sorts of wierd shit goin on...

But, hey, just pointing out what other people are saying and seeing in game.

Honestly, it seems most of the people replying here didn't read the bug report forum or are just fuking trolls... so go ahead and deny all of it.

Have a wonderful day... now back to the game!   :D

Hmm... looks like some of you simply haven't read the forums:  Ppl falling thru maps, invisible walls, swinghits on 2H weaps, polearms hits around corners, xbow & arrows going thru targets, Hitboxes totally messed, siege ladder & shield problems, just to name a few...

I'm sure there are other problems that people aren't discussing because they are to their advantage...

Don't want to rock the boat - my goal is awareness on fixing some of these (yes, serious) bugs or at least going back to a state prior to all of these latest problems.

I've seen alot of frustrated players venting in the forums.... there are alot of game-breaking bugs in the latest patch.   What about rolling back the patch until things are more solid chadz?

In addition to all the team wounding from backswings, xbow bolts and arrows are flying right thru targets without registering hits.  Id estimate about 1/3 off all hits dont count anymore.

Of course that should make all the whiny ranged-haters out there kinda happy...

Ditto here... usually when you fall, you fall thru and you die or get slingshotted to death.

Unless Ive got 2x multiplier or better, I just log off.

Not worth the frustration level...

BTW, doesnt the devs even test this stuff by playing thru the maps even once?  This bug is so obvious, that it begs the question.

IMHO, weve all become Crpg beta testers.

Any news on the upkeep getting fixed soon?  Maybe 1/2 to 1/3 less than before?

No? How about 1 hitting everyone all the time, is that good enough?

No, a headshot is a headshot and if you're not wearing a decent helm, well, sorry, ur ded.  Otherwise, 50% health.

But for light armour, 2 shots.  Med armour 3.  Plate - well, then maybe 4 and only with a longbow.

From what I understand, in the past it was 1-shot hell.  That's unbalanced in the wrong direction for sure.  :|

Hey if you don't want to play it then fine don't roll archer, but leave it and don't delete the class so folks like me can keep having fun...

I was being overly sarcastic... certainly need archers in this game and I normally love to play them in other games, but honestly, C-RPG archers have problems (the arrow pickup bug, the accuracy exploit(?), slow arrows, low arrow damage, etc.).    The most frustrating for me is simply the fact that we shouldn't have to put 5+ arrows into someone to drop them. *sigh*

Been suffering thru 30 levels of archer... makes me wanna *puke*!

I cannot recommend archer to anyone wanting to play C-Rpg, much less using a longbow - which only makes it more frustrating... damage is too low, arrow speed for all arrows are too slow (easily dodged - wtf?) and the list goes on.  Not trying to whine, but if you're looking for a class to play in C-Rpg, then archer is certainly out.

Like Pandor Archer said, might as well delete the class...

Looking forward to 2H OP build like the rest once I retire in a level.  :P

As you're using both a 1-hander and a polearm, I would question what your WPF is in each. If you have low WPF in a weapon, your chance of breakage is MUCH higher than normal. With only 27k worth of gear you should be making money.

Rustyspoon,

That's good to know - cuz lots of us new players are  running around with similar gear.  I had the same setup, just with a bow instead.  So it seems until you get to level 25, you are stuck with low WPF and so you have your gear breaking constantly because you have low WPF.  I was level 20 before I realized I should have put a decent amount of my points into WM, so that I would have more WPF.  grrr... I learned, but for the longest time, just like this guy, I had no cash.  Literally, the only way to make any money at all was to turn off upkeep and run around with broken gear.  I know there are lots more like us.

I really think that upkeep should be on a sliding scale according to either cost of gear or gen level.  What about that idea?
