I wanna especially encourage young/untrained fellas to join in, but ofc am happy about everyone else too!
the challenge:
do 15 biceps curls every round of crpg you play. (use a weight to do them quite fast, you wanna play after all ^^)
the entry:
measure your biceps circumference now, and in three weeks, post here along with your application or pm them to me if you dont feel like posting.
the small print:
find yourself something that you can do curls with. should be a weight of 10-40kg, depending on your str. the weight will be right if you feel a small burn after the second or third set.
can be a beer keg, a broomstick with buckets of water on the side, even better if you have actual weights at home :D

concerning the performance form: fuck it. do those fifteen curls, no matter what, just be sure to have a weight that you can comfortably do them with! Do them quite quickly, you are allowed to jerk if you want to, just be sure to not hurt yourself. instead concentrate on getting a burn into those muscles. at some point, if you are a lucky camper, that burn will turn into a pump.

if u train the same muscle everyday, u will injure him, especially biceps that are a small muscle.

but seriously, depends on workload, training state, activity you do around the lifting, rest etc etc. you can do daily low intensity sprinting without getting injured, you can do swimming every day, play soccer every day. just depends on the intensity.
also: the smaller the muscle, the more frequent you can actually train him because the depth of post workout destruction is not as high as with greater muscles.
furthermore, dont play crpg every day! its almost summer!
last but not least: see it as a three week bootcamp.
