chadz making addictive Strategus to consume our lives
12 consecutive archer nerfs in 12 patches
8 month wait between strategus 1.0 and 2.0 to find all the exact same features in place
Abay 22 cd keys clan of 1 guy
22nd server fiasco
1 grey order leader having used 100+ cd keys of his clan on his computer
Taking a city with 4 guys by TKoV (with 1 helpful pirate from FCC), while no one from DRZ showed up on defense except 1 who chased after 1 guy outside the city
Any time a clan has used a "crusade" in strategus (jihads okay, but seriously crusades were basically a form of genocidal mania)
Farmer_Nate
Thulsa_Doom rejoining cRPG and Balton leaving cRPG
Sorry, reaching near the end, couldn't remember some events in enough detail to put up here
My list is 85% strat based
Kinngrimm's epic backstab
constant carebear alliance of most EU powers in strat
bgallemore in general
eutheran in strat
22nd server fiasco
8 month wait between 1.0 and 2.0
having no NA server for the first 2 weeks of 2.0
what loki did to TS
the mercs and their highly succesful slander campaign ;{
kinngrimm running around giving away intel on people all over and trying to pull sneaky shit all the time (separate from the epic backstab which deserves its own mention)
If you guys could elaborate on some of these for those that dont know or werent around ill put them in the OP so everyone can know the history of douchbaggery in crpg and strat.
The total dick move i remember from Strat 2.0 was the SoA disaster,
Tetris their old leader for some strange reason decided to banish his faction but not disband it in the normal were out guys i cant be arsed fashion instead he didint even give them a chance to continue on thier own, he got all guys to give money and gold to a village, took all the money, troops and equipment out of that village, reduced everyones faction rank to 1 and then joined the OOTL, sacrificing all 3 villages, a total dick move, relatively clever but an asshat all the time.
The other 9, gimme time and ill write more

No one mentions vincenzo abusing his powers to hax his archer character so he could kill people straight across the map? How much wpf did he have? 400?
bgallemore in general
fuck our history, this shit cant be beaten haha:
"Cally certainly had fun: He fulfilled the secret fantasy of every bank manager in history, when one day, he walked in and just took all the money. All the money was 790 billion ISK, about $170,000 in real dollars, which he used to become the greatest video game villain of all time. He spent a huge chunk of the money to buy a ridiculously powerful warship, another chunk posting a huge bounty on his own head, then sailed off into space just daring people to kill him."

Oh man your propaganda is growing incresingly despreate and repetitve, care to come up with something new?
I'm the reason he left ats
at least that's what he told me
wasn't the first and certainly not the last

3. Kesh's Item Bomb
No one mentions vincenzo abusing his powers to hax his archer character so he could kill people straight across the map? How much wpf did he have? 400?I remember more 22nd's than Vincenzo hacking their characters consecutively back then..
6. This came out with chadz checking cd keys and found out a leader in grey order had used 100+ of his clanmates cd keys from his computer to control their actions on Strategus (considering most normal people wouldn't give out their cd key in the first place (I know no one in my clan does), the cheating doesn't really just include the 1 guy, but all the people who gave out their cd keys) - the whole point was just how crazy it was this one guy controlled so many cd keys.
What happened to Gallemore?
(Also, Dan makes me hate ATS)
- for hre: probably the merc-accident while rogue was not in charge
Nothing of Real Value is at stake here, unlike EVE...
Am I wrong or is the Ingame currency in EVE used for Eve itself(Ships ingame etc.) and Prolonging gametime?
You cant buy the Ingame currency in steam with real money ingame(Ebay or something doesnt count)?
Than it´s not like its real money.
If you didnt buy it with your money, no real value was lost to you, except for Playtime, which you lose in any game where things can be destroyed/stolen/captured.In that case even Strat is similar, because you could put all your time into it and get some fiefs just to lose them to some dickmoves or something.
I read them , and all i could find is that you can swap a certain amount of of ingame money to Playtime(Which is usually costing real money). But there wasnt stated that you could buy ingame money for real money(Except for ebay or something).
This doesnt make it real money or a real life worth yet, because you dont earn it with real life money. You earn it with your Playtime.
So if you lose all your EVE money, you dont lose a real value, only a digital ingame one.Yes, you can swap it for gametime, which usually cost real money, but thats no real worth either since you get nothing from it except more time to earn ingame money lol.
You WOULD indeed lose real value, if you bough the Ingame money with real money, which Iam pretty sure can only happen via Ebay and against the Game rules.
Wait, so instead of Gametime you get Plex if you buy gametime, items which you can swap in for gametime or lose them?
So its basically camouflaged Ingame Money buying.
Smart.
Ahem, afaik Harpag only had a list of Usernames/Passwords in order to control the whole Grey Order in Strat, nobody ever mentioned him having the CD-Keys - why would he need those?Because "Fuck You, Kesh wants to bitch about things he doesn't know jack shit about so shut up and believe what he says", like always.
Because "Fuck You, Kesh wants to bitch about things he doesn't know jack shit about so shut up and believe what he says", like always.
And I still find it funny how people still believe he forced people to give him their nicks/pass and used them all at the same time all the time for the entire duration of strat.
Becasue of course since he used thema t different times, makes it legitimate that he used OVER 100 of his clanmate's usernames adn passwords to manipulate and control in strategus.
From what I could tell he didn't hate ats as much as he hated me. And I can't make you hate me since you are rarely on vent bundle of sticks
Panos not being banned soonerAlso I love you tears... But you said that about NA I forgive you but NEVER say anything bad about amerrrrrrica or I will divorce my sister and marry yours.....
Ahem, afaik Harpag only had a list of Usernames/Passwords in order to control the whole Grey Order in Strat, nobody ever mentioned him having the CD-Keys - why would he need those? You know, since there were 100 CD keys involved, it would make sense for it to be the whole Grey Order, but that would mean they were practically all banned. Judging by their activity on the map, that can't be right. I just realized the mathematics behind this. Were the majority of them multi-accounting as well as account sharing, or are they just so ridiculously huge that they make up over 10% of the playerbase?

I do that to alpha all the time...
- what about those guys entering others accounts with unpassworded alts and then selling/deleting heirlooms :P
probably thats far beyond dick move ;)
other points:
- kinngrimms great backstab
- 100 cdkey strat user
- fallens delaying including the darkforce attack
- for hre: probably the merc-accident while rogue was not in charge
22nd server incident,
what happened?
- Grey Order started abus....playing crpg
- Loki got Fallen leader (nothing personal though)
- UIF no balls alliance (excluding DRZ)
- Badly executed changes to strat, occuring every 6 months
- Grey Order
- Changing CRPG into casual mode
- Birdman archery
- Gamespeed nerf
*cough* Certain individual and admin was granted the access to the database and he, uhm, tweaked his archer character a bit.
Not that it mattered as much as some people say, high level archery back then was laser-precise railgun machinery with closed crosshair and one-arrow kills from across the map anyway. chadzs rage post and later reconcilement were fun to read though.
Rage post? As I recall, his post was very calm and basically just "this is what happened, this is what happens now".
may i get a link to this post?Yeah don Remember this too...
Taleworlds, c-RPG section. It got archieved. Which is a shame, it had so many cool things. Like Ragni making a QQ thread because Bjord... wait for it.... feinted in a duel.Fun fact. Blocking helps in a duel.(It can even block a faint!)
Top 10 Dick moves would be pretty much all the patches after another since the upkeep patch, with the Upkeep patch beeing number 1.
what happened?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FxF06rmfxAc (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FxF06rmfxAc)
sending the horse to ekos house
Absolutely No, upkeep patch was the greatest patch ever, it ended the tincan/plated charger era, probably some players like "The_Finn" didn't like it, because they could no longer massacre a whole team by themselves.
If i remeber well, after the upkeep patch there was still a large number of black-armor/plated charger users, but thank god, most of them ran out of money quickly.
who did that second life thing, that was epic.
Of course Angangtyr of the shiedlings says other 22nd were involved because they are permanently bitterReally now, I don't think any of our current members ever think or talk about whatever happened back then, if they even remember.

may i get a link to this post?No idea what this actually is or how it worked, but seems to have a lot of the forum archived. Khorin used it succesfully to establish that clan Ninja is the oldest living clan.
