Incorrect xbow heirloom info:
(click to show/hide)

Actually you're info is wrong :p  a lot of the website previews are incorrect they show earlier patch info as you can see from the massive 20point jump in dmg from base to gen1 in you're screenie. thanks for letting me know though :d

what about the alternative weapons of pressing 'x'? im curious to know.
The only weapons with a secondary mode i believe are some 2handed swords, tell me if i'm wrong though, these swords secondary mode is half swording, they increase thrust damage but reduce swing damage, use polearm animations and removes overhead strike.
if you tell me the weapon you're interested in i will post the stats for both modes for you. as it stands right now i don't have time to be adding all the stats for secondary modes and other things, as i'm making my own multiplayer game :D

So we can heirloom only 1 item per generation. But can we heirloom another item in another generation and keep them both?

as far as i know theres the morning star, fighting axe and those 2h/1h/polearm long swords. specifically though im interested in the fighting axe. imo its the best weapon in the game bc the 90 range makes it about 20 range farther than other axes while inexpensive and when you heirloom it you also get a 2h with the deal 8-).

Yes, you can also heirloom the same item upto 3times max increasing it each time

They don't have 'X' enabled modes though they can be used either 1 handed or 2 handed which is automatic dependant if you have a shield active or not so if you used a morning star with a shield it would use the 1handed wpf skill without would use 2handed the swords are the only ones i know with a toggle ability apart from couching on horseback ofc. and dependant on if you have it 1handed or 2handed or in the halfswording mode there are diff stats for each of them, i will put down all the fighting axe stats later on, not at my house atm so don't have access to them.

Is there a typo on the heavy crossbow? Or is it really the only crossbow not to gain three shotspeed by top tier?

Hafted blade is correct both ingame files and shop, sure you're not thinking of Long hafted blade?

It gains 4 from base of 56 - 60 same for all xbows? :/

I said i would post the stats for the Fighting Axe when i had time well here they are:

1handed mode
Base = 94spd 31cut 2.0weight
Gen1 = 94spd 33cut 2.5weight
Gen2 = 94spd 35cut 2.75weight
Gen3 = 95spd 36cut 2.75weight

2handed Mode
Base = 96spd 35cut 2.0weight
Gen1 = 96spd 38cut 2.5weight
Gen2 = 96spd 39cut  2.75weight
Gen3 = 97spd 40cut 2.75weight

again the Broad One Handed Battle Axe,

[if this is not the correct thread, where can i ask the developer if the weapon heirloom stages are as they want it to be or if there might be some mistakes with them?]

at heirloom stage 1 it gains weight which it looses in heirloom stage 2 aswell the bonus against shields is gone(no bonus against shield ,wtf did i heirloom this weapon then at all)
therefore in stage 2 it gains requirement/difficulty from 9 to "14", + 5 requirment
how am i suppoused to make a build plan arround weapons if there are so many margins u will first notice in this late stage. +5 req is just not doable, did i now just loose 2 retirements for a crapy weapon?

what is the requirment/difficulty in stage 3?
Is the Bonus against shield gone for good or is it in stage 3 back again?

This weapon changes its stats so randomly u cant really rely on it, what will it be next, will it gain knockdown and gets unbalanced or what.

here is what the website told me:

Heavy Broad One Handed Battle Axe(now)
weight 2.1
requirement 9
spd rtng 98
weapon length 73
swing damage 38, cut
thrust damage 0 pierce
Bonus against Shield

Scary Broad One Handed Battle Axe(next heirloom stage)
weight 1.6
difficulty 14
spd rtng 96
weapon length 73
swing damage 40, cut
thrust damage 0 pierce

Check the difference between the sniper and the heavy crossbow spd. Heavy is the only one to not change on spd between Gem2 and Gem3. I dont know if this is actually how it is or of this is a typo.

Ah you just had me confused cos you said shot speed and not speed in you're original post, yes this is a typo thanks for the catch there the speed for 3rd is 26 :D updated the main post too.
