1) teamwork should be considered a good thing. With it you can win more.

2) teamwork is fun too. People working together speaking over voice chat makes the game more entertaining. Atleast alot more than playing alone.

When you're in clan you must play with your team. If you help your team to win then you will have a multiplier. If you have a multiplier then you have more money and gold. Simple but effective.

If party members stay awared not only about themselves but about their teammates aswell - team efficience grows to max level. This maximaze number of possible solutions any warparty can get in any situation.

In cRPG Teamworking is really important in many different situations. Here is some.

#1 Killing a good players, like Olwen, Ujin, etc.. Cos alone your propably meeting your own end.

#2 Archers needs a teammates help to kill enemies. Because alone he is easy to kill by cavalry or other ranged.

#3 If your a infantry, to kill horsearchers/crossbowers you need usually your teammate to help you to kill those bastards!

#4 With good teammates, players that really knows how to play as a team, you will earn lots of fame and gold!

I hate playing with someone who only plays for kills and forget his team. A player like this has more than 9000 kills, but no idea of teamplaying. He kills all peasents, fight at the respawn point of attackers as defender and is wondering why he always has a x1.
