As a part of Team 3 in the "huge clan tournament":
Pillagers, Kapikulu, Templars, Shogunate, Pecores, VRN, Ninjas

I thought this thread might increase the speed to select our commander. So I would ask each clan to nominate their own commander and post a single name here. So that eventually I can quickly create a poll and we can select one of those clan commanders as our team commander.

I don't think anyone in our squad is particularly interested in commanding the team. Personally, I'd support a captain from Shogunate.

Ninjas dont have anyone with leadership aspirations participating aswell I think, so I guess we're fine with anyone with a keen sense of tactics.

It seems so far that the team commander is going to be selected from Shogunates. Btw I decided not to make a poll to avoid non-team3 members to vote. I have poked all clan threads including Pillagers but have not recieved any reply from those guys yet.

ehm guys, dont we need 1 commander for infantry, 1 for archer and another1 for cavs?

I dont know how exactly are we going to do this but maybe 1 commander for each class will make things easier to control?

I think the team definitely needs one overall commander. He can pick lieutenants for himself, but someone has to be in charge of the whole show or it'll be messy.

Well, I have experience in command since M&B:W selling, as leader of WARBAND Clan(~ 1 year, Native, 1st NPL top-7. ), than as STR field-commander(I won battle vs Shogunate in Shogunate Tournament without any trainings or something, itsn't STR style  ) and also I command in real battles in case of historical reenactment, and also I'm old Total-War fan...
BUT, I haven't any experience or reputation in Europe, so, let it be Gergeas(bloody troll), however, we'll talking about tactick with him, before match -)
 Hope, that my council of war would be usefull.
