It's like a better Blackout. Glad I didn't pay sixty dollars for that shit now.

I just wish it wasn't squads only. Or that it at least let you do solo squads. Carrying two people and doing all the work just to have them steal the good loot is infuriating.

I still rather wanted a titanfall 3 instead, I only uninstalled tf2 because I burned too much lifetime into it and I got other things to do

AL is great news for TF3. It has 3 million+ unique players already, it's going to give Respawn mad credit with EA on their future projects.

Yeah this can be good for Titanfall overall. This was honestly masterfully done by EA/Respawn, they didn't give the people a chance to whine about "oh no not another f2p BR with lootboxes" by announcing it early. Avoided a PR disaster by simply dropping a finished, fun game out of nowhere and now people actually get to play first and then complain.

Yeah, pretty much everyone would've laughed at the concept. "Titanfall BR but super dumbed down." But now they get to try it for free and see how polished it is, and how many neat little QoL additions it has that just make it fun to play.

I'd just like bigger magazine sizes all around. It's pretty silly that all the full auto guns have like 17 bullets by default, and you can't kill shielded people even if you hit every shot.

The QoL additions to this game are amazing. They have some galaxy brains working at Respawn who thought of all this. Shit you didn't even think you were missing in other BRs.

Yeah agreed here. In the meantime give Devotion a try, it has a bit of windup time but that gun shreds. The only problem is it's energy ammo which is hard to come by.

Every time I've tried Devotion I've been disappointed. The windup, even with the gold attachment, seems to really limit what you can do. I've liked Spitfire more, with extended mag 60 bullets you can actually kill a couple of guys before reloading. Alternatively I've been running two R301s/R99s or one of both. Or one of those and Wingman.

Also, shotguns seem total trash. Really inconsistent and only do good damage if you get lucky/are touching them.

R301/R99 are the best, I kinda like the Prowler as well, granted you get the full auto and extended mag attachments, which makes it into a good gun. Shotguns seem inconsistent, sometimes you do chip damage other times they one shot at medium range even.

I think a fully kitted Spitfire is probably my favorite. 2x headshot damage unlike SMGs, pretty much zero recoil, and most importantly, 60 round mag, letting you kill 2 or 3 without needing to reload.
