Slightly misleading, as he was sentenced to three years in prison, they just didn't find him guilty of "aggravated" rape. Which seems to have been the right call, since the definition for that is strict in the law, and those definitions weren't met.

The issue is that he could've been sentenced to ten years in prison, but the courts gave him a punishment from the lower end, for some reason.

The law is being amended because of this case, though, and in the future cases like that will be "aggravated rape of a minor."


Pretty cool that countries have to update their rape laws because of refugees. Multiculturalism, such a richness.

Laws should be much stricter, regardless of refugees. Three year prison time for rape of a minor is a joke. If it was up to me, only sensible punishment for such a crime is death sentence. I don't bite the idea of "fixing" children rapists, once they go that route there is no going back and only meaningful solution is to get rid of them. I honestly can't understand why you nazi fuckers are okay with physical removal of random group of people whose only crime in your eyes is their ethnicity but aren't willing to push for removal of actual men beasts who rape and kill children.

That's the whole thing now though, it's no longer "sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never harm me". Words are violence now and thus being physically confrontational or violent against someone is justified if their views differ from yours because it is causing physical harm by speaking them.

30% of millenial aged american whites think ideology is one of three of the most important self-identifiers. The most important point is not the absolutely pathetic state of white self-identification, but the overwhelmingly tribal one among "minorities".
