Hello and thank you so much for the patch!

Short feedback: really good to have the old arrow speed and such back, plus of course the 4 PD bow req - however, as far as I am much content and enjoying the new (old?) "fast"  reload speed on xbows, I do believe a nice medium can be found in-between this number and what was used in previous patch. If you would like them a tad bit slower, that is. Gives a nice feeling.

Otherwise, very well done. Keep up the good work, we DO love it!

From where I'm standing Jona, this patch sure doesnt pain me at all, so maybe you might feel a need to ignore the following but:

The difficulty increase was on average +4 STR pre-req.
It pushed only the high-end, 50+ armor rating to 19+ STR pre-req.
The common agility build have 18 STR and less, if you agree? Very few have more, except if high leveled.
So now the agility builds cant have access to all but the gothic plate, but at max the medium-heavy kind, which ironically increase their DPS but they can be killed a bit easier.

Thats all this patch does on armor really. I dont see it as ridiculous, but it of course force people to change, and in the current circumstances on this mod, it was predicted that there would be some backlash.
Maybe its because I'm now also working on this mod that I see things differently, but I cannot blame those still working on this mod on the pretense it is dead, I prefer to judge on the content.
Of course I'm aware that I'm wasting my time a bit here posting that, lots of people just dont care, but some people still do, and most of them are busy "further killing the mod" as some might say  :P

Increasing difficulty on items (weapons especially) shouldn't be so drastic. The long maul and great maul now require 6 and 3 more str to use respectively after that patch, and yet in the proposed item changes (the ones not yet implemented) I saw their difficulties were way higher.

imo nerfing weapons and lowering their difficulties, while  buffing armour and increasing armour diff, would be a better way to go about decreasing average damage if thats the goal

You already tank alot of hits with a balanced build and decent loomed armor, theres hardly any reason to lower the damage any more.

Well i want lowered weapon difficulties but i also want higher damage, and lower armor difficulties, maybe lower armor values as well.

As long as most weapons are accessible except for like mauls, this seems OK. It's cool to see the heaviest armor as an elite gear that most others can't use easily.
