I think it's Yuhmaz trying to mimic Panos and show people's hypocrisy by being massively racist against chinese the same way Panos is with turks. Doesn't work though, chinese are too exotic, this sort of ranting just comes off as hateful and racist. Plus there's no humour in it, Panos is at least funny about it sometimes. Do the same thing with a european ethnicity, like french, that would pass muster. Heck, you should've just gone with greeks, if people had gotten pissed at that then they would really be massive hypocrites.
Maybe I'm being too generous and the dumb hypocrite is Yuhmaz, and this is just him venting his hatred against the chinese, who knows.
