That is how guitar strumming works, strumming hand normally just moves up and down at a consistent pace and rhythm is created by skipping or muting certain strokes with the palm of the strumming hand or with the fretting hand. The playing is legit, not so sure bout dem tits though.

As for the twitchwhores, its entertainment for some. Very stupid how much money gets donated to them though. Theres suppose to be a rule that forces x percent of the stream to be gameplay, i think it might be as low as 25%, but theres a lot of twitchwhores that go way lower than that.
