Are you shitting me? This is the first time ever in your life that you've sprained your ankle? Do you do absolutely ZERO physical activity up until this point? How do you get through this much of your life with only one sprained ankle? I don't understand!
I am usually very careful with my movement, that's one reason. Also, I've been pretty fit up until like two years ago, when I stopped most of my physical activity, quit playing football etc. and became sit-behind-PC-every-chance-I-get-person with the run-with-my-dog twice a day regiment. Yesterday, I took a free MMA training to try it out and hurt my ankle, while doing those backward rolls where you extend your feet and stand on your hands mid-roll. Tumbled down like a log, under my own weight and landed with a lot of force on the balls of my right foot.
So, yeah the reason I never sprained my ankle before is because I am not a clumsy bitch, this time being an exception. But hey! Atleast, I know I need to work on my upperbody strength, so it's not too bad!
Anyway, I continued the session, like nothing happened, which probably wasn't the best idea.
