Another thing Conor badly needs is level changes in his spinning kicks. 100% high ones are way too easy to block. Thigh level spinning kicks would make the high ones harder to block due to threat of lower kicks, and the thigh kicks are harder to block anyway while usually doing more damage.

- That moment when you're getting raped by Nate Diaz and realize that it's better to panic wrestle and fail a takedown and get tapped and have the boxing community and Justin Bieber ( https://www.instagram.com/p/BCmgVtwgvit/ ) as well as casuals think it was gay of Nate to choke his ass out instead of keep it stand up even though Nate was about to KO Conor before he went for the takedown

There are two ways to be a Diaz.

Wrestle them to the ground/cage and keep them in positions where they can't scramble.

The other is S-key leg kicks. S keying in general actually.

There are plenty of ways to beat a Diaz. Leg kicks are just the obvious weakness. Nate even got tooled on the ground in round 1 by Conor.

Just because a fighter is on his back doesn't mean he is getting tooled, Nate wanted to be there so he could use his expert level jiu jitsu.

Yeah, right, Nate wanted to be eating punches from someone on top. Nate wanted to be sweeped. Nate wanted to lose points. That's a retarded argument. It's much easier to defend from the top for the inferior grappler. It's much easier to attack from the top.

Yeah, that sounds like Nate and Nick Diaz. You should go and watch a lot of their fights.

Nope, it doesn't "sound like Nate and Nick Diaz." No one gives up the dominant position voluntarily when they've been losing the round badly. You should get off the couch and go train some MMA, then watch fights. It'll give you a different perspective, you might even understand what you're seeing.

Why are you so hostile? Does a difference of opinion make you inexplicably mad?

I have trained in karate, judo, wrestling and jiu jitsu. Nate is wicked off his back and I don't think he considers it a position of weakness. For most fighters yes I would agree with your perspective, but you're trying to make sense of a Diaz fight which is absurd within itself. These are the same people who slap their opponents, drop their hands, throw out middle fingers, kick at air for no reason to mock their opponent and generally don't give a fuck about game plans. Nick struck a pose in the middle of the octagon against one of the deadliest strikers in MAA.

He sprawled on Conor's takedown and immediately went to his own back in the 2nd round. Why? Because he is comfortable there and is amazing at triangle holds/guillotine chokes. It happened in the first round and he did it again in the second, the second time he was able to lock in the choke.

A difference of opinion is fine, telling me to "go watch some of their fights" is condescending and retarded.

Nate got swept, plain and simple. He tried going for Conor's back too early, and Conor pulled a beautiful sweep. Diaz may not have thought it was a catastrophe that he ended up on his back, but it was not his plan. He got put there. Nate never went on his back in the second round.

It wasn't my intention to be condescending but to show you my point on how I described the Diaz brothers fighting habits.

At the 20 second mark of the video he rolls to his back after the takedown, I can't link videos cause I'm being watched on these forums. Then he rolls him back over so Diaz takes top position, gets full mount and starts winning.

Fabricio Werdum says hello. He loves being on the bottom.

Maybe the belt will just go round and round.  RR gets it from MT and then loses it back to HH, ad infinitum.

Diaz is trying to fight it for as long as he can, he doesn't voluntarily go on his back.

:( I see him grabbing his neck and pulling him into guard, Conor did do a good job with defending on the ground in that exchange or else it could've been way worse.
