I honestly dont think you're going to be able to take it whether us despotatoes sign against you or not. That keep is a bitch. A meat grinder through and through. It traps the defenders in a corner since there's only one way out but damn what a defensible corner.

And with less troops the AI is going to buy better gear than it did the first and second waves. So that's going to make it all the tougher.
