Amazingly modded version of native.  It balances out the weapons, balances out the gear, and adding a leveling system.  Then strategus I say its a MMO singleplayer map where you have to trade and defend your fiefs and shiet. Most of em are just like k then I just help them understand.

If they already know what native is, then you've got it easy.

When somebody asks me what I play I just say that they don't know it anyway and if they insist, I say it's a mod of Mount&Blade Warband. At this point it seems that they can't even repeat the name of the game that I just mentioned. I tell them that it's a mod to the game that has the best melee system invented so far. There are blocks and attacks selected manually with mouse movement, controls are pretty intuitive and you can just be a knight, etc. I tend not to go into strategus explanation unless I want to totally confuse them. I always sound like an overly involved nerd.

Crpg is to medieval warfare(the game), like the original star wars trio is to the prequel hersey.

Strategus: combine eveonline resource management, the old REAL final fantasy 7(fallout 1&2 also works) map travelling and finally single player 2k vs 2k battles.
