That doesn't make any sense because if you were in the HCE faction were you not? That means James or anyone who was rank 9 could have accepted anyone for that battle. The battle briefing for your side even said "and then there was no one left" meaning your faction intentionally chose not to fight.

It was pointless to be honest. I looked over the roster as blackbird was on holiday, something like 3 applicants   
EU is not interested in NA Strategus and without NA mercs, yeah..

Probably cause his first 2 battles were "surrenders" so people just didn't bother. I haven't bothered signing for anyone after the first 2.

I signed 1 time on the side of Blackbird, becouse I thought that others would do that.
Sorry, but I want atleast some even battles, not this crap where suddenly everybody is against him, and he can't defent himself.
He may be a jerk, but atleast his war's against HCE brought some new and old players back.
So atleast give some even rosters, make agreements who is gonna join Blackbirds side and who the other side, without being offended or that beiing seen as a decleration of war.

I'm a bit confused as to what you want/expect any of us to do about it. He could get 2k applicants for all it matters if he leaves the roster empty with only 1 accepted.

Easy, for excample LL does a battle against Blackbird, that some of the other factions like HoC or Acre, or whatever, send some people to sign in for Blackbird.
I would also give up when I only receive 3 applicants on mine battle/siege, whille the other 1 has a full roster.

But for that is that Blackbird accept them atleast

You seem to be missing the point. Even if HoC or Acre signed for Blackbird, we cannot accept ourselves onto the roster.
