Going back to x1 or x2 on gold multiplier. Also raising the repair cost to some heavy armor and weapons. There will also be more tournaments where players can win multiple lps including DTV, possibly siege, and a donkey race  .

This should lower some of the market prices on lps...

I can only see this doing more bad than good at this point. There is more hoarded gold going on right now that if this were to happen it would put people at a ridiculous advantage. Think about what Panos is really saying in his OP. Gold gains were increases 3x, LPs at the time were around 400k and currently 1 mil. That is less than a 3x increase going by old standards compared to now. Think about it, if you did this all you owuld be doing is giving people that played hours on end and accumulated a shit ton of gold a higher edge than people that do not play as much. The damage of increasing gold gains is already done, reverting it would only further damage the economy. This would be a terrible move.

Further extending on my previous point, I think people are just in shock of LPs going for 1 mil currently. 1 mil gold loom points would be an issue if we still made 50 gold on x1, but when you increase the gold you gain, do you honestly expect prices to stay the same? Giving out prizes for tournaments, while reducing the gold gain back to original values would be awful. If you want things to get better, keep gold gains as they are now because that is what prices are based on now. People just are not used to this change yet. Give the prizes, do the tourneys. LPs as prizes will introduce more into the economy and encourage price cutting, which would benefit those who do not have the time/desire to participate in said events. Decreasing gold gains while giving out prizes like that would just give people more of an edge.

Balance changes should not be knee jerk like this. Let it play out, it is basically the same economy but seems like it is more because people are still stuck in the mindset of the old economy. Things have changed and people just need to adjust.

So if someone want to sell his own LP, it will go under 300K.

I do my best on EU/NA servers to spread the word about this. I even use pink admin text to promote it so people do not miss it, because I know not everyone uses the forums.
