I sure do hope so. They have already advanced too far ahead within the course of history. It currently looks like they chose to skip the Japanese or Chinese context. I sure would love to have a game based on either of the two (ideally both) and probably one on the Egyptian times, although the lack of too many buildings would make things real difficult to have some assassin action going.

Yeah, I know of that one. But for obvious reasons, it feels more like a random simple arcade game rather than an AC game.

i stopped playing after black flag which i didnt even finish, but i must admit it looks damn good, graphics looks amazing and when it comes to trailers, ubisoft should win an oscar

Black Flag was a pleasant suprise in the sea of boringass AC sequels and that was entirely due to the focusshift from the boring gameplay thats been repeated atleast 5 times now with only some added pointless gimmicks to something totally fresh.

I liked Black Flag but never finished it, I got about 3 hours into Unity which was pretty terrible. Won't be picking this up unless it's mad cheap.

Black Flag was the creed game I had the most fun playing since AC2; I still didn't get around to finishing it as the story line was far to convoluted and i much preferred doing side missions and simply being a pirate.  I simply think the concept is tired and over done now.  Didn't pick up unity because it was such a buggy mess (is it even fixed now?) and i really am not that interested in this latests one.

Pre-ordered Unity back then cuz I love the background - French revolution is a very exciting timeframe!- and got badly burned by it.
Not gonna pick this up before reading several tests and player's opinions and then only when it's cheap on key seller sites...
