Remember how in the golden years of cRPG that everyone still says was the best there wasnt ANY roll mechanic?

And now cRPG is UNPLAYABLE because it's hard to roll and less useful than before.

I wouldve sucked a lot of dicks to have the roll in old crpg, i just didnt know such an amazing solution could be made for bump bullshit.

I know you play from FPS perspective, you just may not see situations when roll save or help you.
I thought that they went over board with that nerf but to be totally honest most of the time roll works fine for me.

On other hand old roll was the best thing that happend to crpg in years
like the fucking best, by far.

that's funny, i used to be able to roll 100% of the time before the nerf now i don't even bother trying because it never happens.

Perhaps a halfway house would be a good idea; being able to roll 100% of the time with a fairly simple to master mechanic seems a bit silly. Wouldn't it be better if you could roll 50% of the time? Perhaps you are able to roll away from cavalry bumps but not knockdown from maces bumps?
