Its not just about me, its the way it influences the whole server. If you are with the same bunch of guys each round you naturally are more inclined to try to help them. If you play against the same guys you can try to adjust the way you play or the gear you equip to try to beat them. The usual "tactic" now is to just run to the nearest choke point have random fights and try to get valour
The team balance doesn't even make sense in terms of balance. It see that one team wins and automatically assumes that the teams are unbalanced. In effect it just makes the teams less balanced and you get a yo-yo effect were one team is made stronger and wins, then the other team is made stronger and wins. If by some stroke of luck a team gets more than 1 round ahead you end up with like 10 more players on the losing team to force them to win. The score is meaningless in the fact the teams are different every round, and the fact that the teams are artificially made stronger or weaker to force parity between the team scores. Why even put effort in when the game tries to force your team to win if you play like shit or have a bad round? The same bunch of guys can either win or lose the round depending on hundreds of factors..you don't need to shuffle the teams just because they lose one round
