I'm having problems with my deadlift, to be exact my grip is holding back my progress - I feel like I could lift a lot more but my grip just can't handle the weight. Is this expected/normal with deadlift, do I just need to train my grip with more deadlifting?
Jumping rope with a steel wire / lead grips is both good for a cardio warm-up, it looks very cool when you get in shape, and it strengthens the grip well. Had one of those for a few months, but like any other rope - it got chewed up against asphalt rather quickly, and you can't buy one in an average sport shop.
