cRPG has no active admins

Saturday evening, weekend. People came on EU2 to have some fun. But some dude named Flynt (with small L) think he's special flower and starts randomly teamhitting/teamkilling anyone who cross his path. People keep reporting him and kick polling him but he always come back. That lasted for awhile until eventually he finished his manifesto by saying how we all suck and that only losers play cRPG and yada yada...

Problem No.1: There is no admin anywhere to be found, on any of 3 "active" EU servers. Asking for admin on irc didn't help, it's a ghost town basically.
Problem No.2: Ban polling has been deactivated by some admin who knows when.

Bottom line, 50 or so people had to endure mental abuse for more than half an hour by an idiot who decided to release his personal rage on cRPG communuty. Nothing new really, other did it in the past (Umbra for example, can't remember names of other idiots). But there wasn't anyone to help those 50 people when they needed it and I'm seeing plenty of admins showing off their titles on forum.

Problem is that there arent really any experienced admins around(and iirc you have to be 18+?dunno)and those that might have some experience wont ever become an admin because they either dont want to or would just abuse their powers-maybe 25% would actually want to become an admin and would do,what they are supposed to do.

The deactivation of ban polls is well-founded though. I have experienced it first hand that "special" kids love to shamelessly try their luck with it to ban people they are somehow mad at.

I was there too, "Flynt" fucked up pretty much like another guy later on named "T1titan".
Having no admin around may not even be the problem in this case, just the fact that ban-polls were disabled.

Most of the times when I play I'd like to have an admin around, sad this only happens pretty rarely (Only can talk for EU2 and EU7_DTV)

Make me first Grey-admin ever and everything will be fine though! ( For me ;) )

Yet I see no ban request, making a proper thread with some witnesses that details the extent of his asshattery could get him a week ban if not more, next time he does it he's gone for ages.

Any case, just hand out admin to anyone who seems sensible and plays, adminning isn't exactly rocket science. Just don't be too prissy about removing admin rights at the first sign of trouble. Besides, standards for picking admins have dropped lately anyway, though it is a good thing in my mind.

Dunno why others didn't take screenshots, but I seldom do it. This was straightforward situation, basically anyone could solve it if he had admin powers at that time. Nothing to ponder about just a dude who, for whatever reason decided to poop on gaming experience of other people present. Dunno about your internal or even personal rules how punishment should be delivered but in my book, even though I was banned multiple times for teamkilling (once it was an admin), is straight permaban without appeal. It wasn't two people having an argument or revenge tk or anything similar, just a jerk who think he's above everybody else present and was ruining their time as best he could. For good twenty minutes, maybe more.

Wasn't he the one complaining how other Flynt stole his name but changed L with I? Or the other way around? Don't want to accuse the wrong guy, the other Flynt was playing just like the rest of us. It's possible that he changed the build, but teamkiller was 2H axeman while the peaceful Flynt guy was 1H shielder.
