New weight/WPF formula?

Stop making me want to play an invincible plate slug who can swing a sword at the speed of light...

I have only seen a couple players who are good slow as shit.

I have : 170 wpf - 20.1
But im very slow than befere patch. WHY?

Gonna be changed to STR/3 + IF for next patch (still 6 at min). Hope it doesn't screw anyone's planned builds up.

Fine. 21+ strength builds will need to go from 0 to 1IF to break even, otherwise they lose 2-3 wpf Everyone else will be the same or improve.

But with old formula i had less effective wpf, but i was fast.

Edit: im lv 37. My build 22/21. Am i slow for 22 in str?

After further investigation I realized my 21 STR and 7 IF will still give me a threshold of 14, which is the same as the current patch (IF*2). So uh, nvm.
