Don't care about 2, 3, 5 points, maybe it will change something to better, and as for rest...
1. Levels & XP is totally disappointment for me, i loved so much to grow up slowly, from build to build, step by step changing gear with every new stat and observe how char became stronger with it... In overall, starting as a weak peasant suffering from everyone, then something like auxiliary or militia, and then nearly complete warrior, and then veteran(although i was and am a noob in combat at all levels), smoothly moving from stage to stage.
Now it's all pretty destroyed - no more "intermediary" builds and gears, now "from rags to riches" for hours, lvl 5 - 4,814 xp - it's can be done by one round, lvlv 10 - 17,418 - can be done by one map. You want to make less grind, but you almost remove it on low levels, lovering values for levels not in 2,3 or maybe 5 - but in ~10 times - just to much. What the point of low levels now, if you will play so little time at it?Earlier at least matters that low-tier crap stuff, because play hours with club is quite hard, and it were reasonable to change gear on 9, 12, 15 level, now i can't see the big point to touch your character to that levels.
Leave some peasant life for me!, in other worlds
As for 4. New players, see no big differences to starting new from 25, if there is 35 STF; if it's guy coming from Native etc. he can be good even at peasant level, and 25 level with starter kit do not much help to guys that asking how to buy equipment here
Almost everyone that can be involved in CRPG, are already in. I don't think this can much more and revive mod at any great level, player base decreasing with time movement, it's ok, not much can be done here
