Once I get the chance, hopefully sometime tomorrow, I will add a running list of any definite additions/removals to the OP. I will update that as often as necessary. In the meantime, keep spreading the word of this thread to any siege pal you come across.

I finally got around to adding the list of agreed upon removals/additions to the OP. The only ones I included there were ones with a huge majority vote, 10 or more votes in favor. That said, there are plenty of other maps with a decent majority in favor of their removal, but not as much of a landslide. Feel free to give me any suggestions for how we should deal with these cases.

Something that may prove to be an issue with less maps is conquest, I fear. Right now it doesn't pop up all that often, but with less regular siege maps in the rotation, it could pop up too frequently. For some reason in the poll here fewer people voted on the conquest maps as opposed to the siege maps. Not only is the community more or less split on the topic of conquest, but many also abstained leading to us getting wishy-washy results that we can't really use to make a decision.

At least helm's deep is gone; the remaining conquest maps are better. People only hate conquest because of the reward system. If/when the reward system is improved, I think people will complain less about conquest.

The problem with conquest is that if I lose a multi and have to play another 30 min round with x2 I can go to battle and earn a x5 and lose it and regain it again.

Right, but when the 1st round is over and the losing team all has x2 then half of that team leaves, it kills the server. Conquest is a good mode for leeching xp though!

Yeah, I figured that due to the aforementioned reasons there would be more downvotes for the conquest maps. I like conquest a good amount... bay of shariz and isle of cray are both good maps imo, but they almost always clear the server after the first round, if not when they first pop up. If you just lost a round of regular siege, and you see another 30 mins of an x2 headed your way, there isn't much incentive to stay around. Especially since that 30 mins could be easily turn into an hour or one and a half. It isn't really the multiplier that ever makes me leave to be honest, it is just the tediousness. Same map, probably the same team for at least an hour... it is just too long. It gets stale really quickly. In regular siege you can be attacking, defending, then attacking again twice over on two different maps in the amount of time it takes for a single round of conquest. If conquest showed up for only one round at a time... maybe it could work a little better with the current xp/balance system in place. Ideally that would all get reworked to accommodate conquest better, but lots of luck seeing that happen.
