If you hate them that much, just find a way to annoy them as much they annoy you.
If you hate archers do a 9/27 build with light lance, shield and knockdown mace, you just have to run ( dont even try to kill other targets, focus on archers ) and when you find an archer, wait behind him, he will have to always look on his back, and when he is trying to kill you in melee, fall back, wait for an other infantry to come and gank him.
If you hate 1h cavs, hoplite is the way to go, wait at your spawn with peasant gear and a decent pokey weapon ( military fork do the job really well ) and feint being afk, they will come for you 30 sec after you spawned, when he get close enough, make a 360 and rear his horse, with the fork you will have enough time to kill the horse ( or rear it again if its heavy horse ). After you dismounted him, leave him and go find an other cav.
I dont have solutions about HA, Smurf Niluk is muted on the forum, so if there is no admins on, maybe you can poll Ban him, he wont be able to make a ban thread
