Yep. We don't have requirements for siege yet, although that would be nice.

Yes it's native.
If you want you can fight me there, heck I can even use 1h as well. Never played much native anyway, I bought this game for crpg. ^^

Also, remember that if you fight against blackhood for a green or blue hood, you don't necessarily have to win. You may still get the hood if you prove to be skilled enough.
