Use the one by Digglez: http://thepurge.net/diggles/cRPG/

It's pretty old but it still works to this day.

Hi all, I dont know where to write,so I decided to post it here. With the introduction of new new cries (Q + Q + V) I got bored listening to the sounds of native standard, that's made a small assembly (Copy to folder \Warband\sounds (with the replacing files)).
(There were sounds of  Khorne Berserkers phrases from the Warhammer 40,000)

If its the ui_gadget file you have downloaded, then its really easy. Just replace downloaded ui_gadget file with that one in warband/textures folder. Remember to save the original file - in case you want it back.
It has to be the warband/textures folder NOT the textures folder in your modules/crpg. Though if you modifie your module.ini
you can make it too i guess.
Hope this helped.
