Another one that didn't have a post-release review embargo? Destiny didn't really have a post-release embargo, it had a release-day embargo, lifting at 7 GMT. Bungie's reason was that since it's basically a MMO game, it couldn't be experienced before there were other people playing it.
The funniest part is that the embargo shitstorm is just free advertizing for Ubi, same with the feminist uproar months back.
Free advertising that the game is shit? All of them mention its problems.
When west germany annexed east germany, nobody moved a finger too.
I can't say much right now but I played the intro (less civilians, prolly smaller level) and it ran fine on High settings which the game assumed automatically for me... while still downloading the rest of 30GB Haven't updated drivers or anything, not sure if it's with or without Day1 patch since it's downloaded only 1/3 of the game.
Saw the new trailer? what do you think of ithttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xzCEdSKMkdU

Runs pretty fine for me too on High, but has some hiccups in weird places. And definitely very, very unoptimized -- it doesn't look THAT good.
Thank god for piratebay
