This looks... decent, actually. If their word is to be believed, they've actually looked at some of the biggest problems. Combat, no stealth mode... fixed now, apparently.

Also 1:1 to scale Paris. And the graphics look really good; faces looked horrible before.

idk about it being bad, the 4 player co-op i think is pretty cool, plus you can actually crouch now, no more trying to sneak around by standing up straight like a weirdo
You are a horrible human being clockwork.

If i ever get muted on forums, contact me on crpg.net

My thoughts exactly. Also probably the first game I'll expressly play in french if it's any good.

"For memories, instead of the player being given a series of objectives, Ubisoft have developed the Adaptive Mission Mechanic giving players several potential paths to complete a mission eg. choosing to stalk a target will lead to a chase if they detect you, as opposed to causing desynchronization"

"Haystacks have been largely removed in favor of allowing players to control their descent from rooftops, and the controls for freerunning up and down are now separate.[8] Social Stealth has received a special crouching mode activated by button, and combat has been made more tactical to feel more realistic: counter kills are now gone.[4]"

And apparently you can now disguise yourself as well.

God damn it Ubisoft, stop trying to seduce me to become hyped up for a game of yours again.

I started playing Revelations yesterday and atm I am enjoying it quite a bit. Seems to me like the best Ezio game tbh.
Well, the location being Istanbul is pretty cool in its own right...

I wish they made another game based on the Middle Ages, like the first one. I didn't enjoy 2 and Brotherhood much, but I liked Revelations. The rest, meh...

The morality in this series always cracks me up. The plot and the main character's cut scene actions never add up to ingame stuff, mass murdering thousands of guards/soldiers, because they're all evil, rite?

Even better, though, is when the developers talk about it. So you're an assassin, but that's not very politically correct, right, so of course you're murdering EBIL people only. 0:35, "your objective is to assassinate blabla, AND HELP BRING JUSTICE TO THE PEOPLE!!!!" and then you casually kill two soldiers because they were a slight inconvenience. None of it adds up, and it'd actually be a lot cooler from a story perspective if they stopped pussyfooting around, but I guess they can't since it's Ubisoft.

I am mostly interested in the co-op part of the game - I think alot of fun with friends can be had with it..

But yeah, it is more or less the same every time.
I loot corpses of their golden teeth.

I dont believe them repairing combat untill i will see them. Actually the only moment i enjoy AC was first episode and only a moment before i learn how to counter attack. With Counters it all became super stiupid cos you can kill 1000 guys with no prob and before every future release they said "we made combat more challenging" and they mean they add 2 types of counters or sth equally dull and easy.

So i have to see if this combat can really be hard to believe their words.

Ye, Ubisoft has really started to get wierd on the moral high ground in its games. Watchdogs being one of the wierdest ones sofar. A murdering, people's money stealing hacker vigilante is looking for justice for the murder of her sisters daughter. FFS even the damn kids mother herself got over the girls death and told the guy to cut the shit before he fucks up even more. You generally fuck up more than do good in that game. The story itself leads you there, nomatter how you play it. It might have been intentional to prove that vigilantism leads to nowhere, but I highly doubt it.

I can imagine assasin creed gamestyle in a witcheresque setting - would be pretty neat imo
