The grind urgh. What happened to feenix?
The dreadful grind ;_;
Feenix is apparently going slowly downhill, population falling, corrupt and neglecting GMs/devs (
some info here) and a whole lot of crap you hear of that server. Emerald Dream never really picked off to the population that Nostalrius has too (or even remotely close to it). It still stands but yeah.
I actually stumbled on Nostalrius by accident, I wanted to check up on Feenix again and Nostalrius was now the first result by googling WoW Vanilla. In either case Feenix was over for me when they randomly lost my character and they said they can't retrieve it unless I pay them real cash. Anyway, I started reading about Nostalrius and it's getting good reviews, and fresh servers are always nice since content at each level is being cleared. The only problem with fresh servers was the low amount of people, however that is not the case here. Nowadays people say go either Nostalrius or Kronos (Kronos has less people though).
I have no idea how Nostalrius got to these high player numbers, but I'm guessing a shit ton of people migrated from Feenix for being a bad pserver.
