Btw, if you click on the construction site we can help construct the town hall to level 4, but what does that do?

And what's exactly the consequence of having a negative treasury? I'd be fine with donating 160 gold each week, but I'd like to know if it helps.

Upgrading town hall reduces the stamina costs of stuff you do inside it.

King of Poland told me that having a negative treasury means you can't go to war. Otherwise it's no biggie, except that it throws a bad light on us :D

@Panos if you abdicated the previous ruler (of Athens) in your case you should be able to take the throne.

By the way, how do you use gold? It seems to be very easy to buy full set of gear, your production abilities are limited by your stamina, mansions are completely useless it seems.. What is the purpose of having tons of gold?

donating to your beloved kingdom

I spend most of my gold either donating, improving skills in parish school, improving mansion and nobility. But I need all of this because I'm deep into politics. I'm sure there's gonna be more options to waste gold later.

Mayor told me Town Hall / Church upgrades now. If you click on Town Hall and click details (bottom right corner) you can see what level it is.

Btw, Chis the main dev already checked this mass of accounts spawning into Milan for multi accounting. So they are controlling that, now nobody go and give us a bad name!  :lol:

Not sure if I did it right, but I went and built the town center up to Level 4.  What does that even do?

I am going to try my best at merchanting, buying cheap stuff from our city, and selling it high to other factions, vise versa.
If you are in another ProvinceKingdom; Norway, sweden, austria, hungary, france, ETC, please post a screenshot of their marketplace here. ty  :mrgreen:
Yep, that was my idea. Franzibald is me by the way. Currently the only way to make merchant money is in a sort of stock market. Buying when a price is low and selling later when the price changed. I was really excited to become a master merchat but it seems there is no real use for them yet. I did an expedition but it doesn't make you that much money, at least not if the prices of spices are not that high. Guess I'll have to become a craftsmen as well.

I actually suggest we all get better first, getting enough money to buy a full set of armor and a weapon, then all going knight.
