So after the
fall of obliteration of termination of bastardization of DTV, map makers introduced new, 'non-exploitable' maps (which almost all happen to be claustrophobic as fuck, but that is another topic for another day). Well, due to some fun experimenting with the new mage skill system implemented only on the DTV servers, some of us have learned how to use the teleportation spell. This inherently allows us to to exploit even the most unexploitable of maps... because fuck these new maps.
First up, running free on Istiniar.
Now apparently the only thing we DTV players know how to do with open space is exploit, so just for old time's sake, I exploited.
Next location, Helm's Deep.
(Aka the game's shittiest map, all 3 of em)Freedom!
And now for some teleporting into the sky, because why not?
...didn't quite stick the landing, had to finish that wave with a nasty limp. :/
Some more
high-flying really, really high-flying shenanigans.
Unfortunately, teleportation is not entirely a science, and it DOES have its risks...
...perhaps if my character was no so faint of heart, and didn't have such shitty cholesterol from being a fat American, he could have avoided chardiac arrest at such high altitudes.
Also, somewhat unrelated, but when not practicing the risky art of teleporting, some mages prefer to use the duplication spell to create works of modern art.
For the record, no one actually uses this shit to exploit, because contrary to what euros think of us Americans, we generally just want to have fun. Life isn't all about winning, and neither is this game. Teleportation is just a nice distraction from the otherwise monotonous grinding of the current DTV.
