Like the other gear, it is low-poly, has low res textures and no normal map at all. It just looks bad. However, as there are no replacements ready, it will probably stay for quite a while, maybe forever. Oh, and it seems I forgot some more candidates, like the "Robe".

Well, if you do not plan on removing them unless you have similar looking replacements, then edit away zagibu master of items :D
