I would love to have a helmet in the style of the Shahi, if it had a normal map and a specular map. Without them, it looks terrible. I will gradually replace all items that aren't up to technical standards, if I find replacements that fit there even remotely.

Some candidates to go, if I find replacements:

- Pilgrim Disguise
- Padded Armor
- Nomad Robe
- Heavy Plate Armor
- Pilgrim Hood
- Steppe Cap
- Felt Steppe Cap
- Turban Helmet (probably coming soon)
- Magyar Helmet
- Rabati
- Mongolian Helmet
- Light Leather Boots
- Splinted Greaves
- Mongolian Guard Boots

I think he wants items with two model/textures.  One that shows at distance and one that shows up close.

No, I want items that look shiny and bumpy in sunlight. Just because some people play on shit computers and don't have any specular highlights or normal mapped shadows on their gear, doesn't mean old native stuff is fine for the rest of the players. All the items I've listed look very bad on high settings, especially if combined with up to date gear.

I can make the normal and spec maps for the gear you listed I guess. It's not hard after all or is there something I don't know?

It is hard, because those items also have low res textures, which means the normal map will not work very well (if you don't actually create it manually). But feel free to try.

Also normal Plate gives everyone a huge ass. Funny but looks pretty bad

It was done a while ago for balance reasons (pretty much everyone used heavy lance if they were a cavalry lancer).  Unloomed heavy lance used to be 26p.  Then it went down to 23p, then it went back up to 24p, then to 25p (where it is now).  It is still on the weak side (26 base pierce was better IMO).  It is pretty balanced at the moment, the lance does way more damage however (and is a lot faster), for not a large length difference.

Personally, I think the great lance, lance and heavy lance should be priced the same. light lance should be cheaper IMO.

Please, I don't really think there's a need to do that. You can also give shahi back for example. They weren't really bad items at all, in my opinion.
