Liuyedao was suffocating the nomad sabre and yanmaodao, so a few tweaks were implemented. Hope that and falchion gets some love (no clue what to do with peasant weapons like spiked mace). I handled the adjustments to 1h and shields outside of the arabian cavalry sword price increase.

Longsword price increased a little more than intended, but *shrug* oh well   :P
