The strangest thing just happened

So I changed my character's face and banner, and when I try to join games now, he's gone from lvl 26 to lvl 0. Is character appearance now linked to the actual toon in some mysterious way? I'm 100% certain that I was able to change physical appearance and banner pre-patch.

I should add that he has only dropped to lvl 0 in-game. On the cRPG character page he's the same. And it won't show my equipment in the in-game equipment list either.

I did it on my throwing alt when it was lvl 2 and mine didn't reset.

It was a female now it's a male so it's not a minor change.

Are you sure you didn't change your toons name in any way? Double-check?

i had the same problem, i went from male to female, and had 0 stats and no eq, a day later i changed back to male and had everything back, changed back to female and everything was gone

if you changed the sex of your char just change it back

PTX i didnt change my char name at all, all i did was as i wrote above - i wanted some funky anime hair but it all went wong!

chadz is aware of this problem and is working on it since I and a few other people have this same issue and posted about it already.
