As a family man, i do not need to worry about this stuff... My wife tells me when I start smelling bad, and I just let her sponge-bath me in my chair, so I can focus on important things in life, like getting my crossbow to +2. But of course, since i am a busy man and have no time for this nonsense, she has to persuade me to be washed, and so, I always get a "happy ending" to my sponge-bath. Otherwise it's just not worth my time you see. Yeah, and once a year, I do a full colonic cleansing.

What kind of devilspawn is that? Some kind of weird toilet device that does the peeing for you?

That device it's called bidè/bidet, "Bidets are primarily used to wash and clean the genitalia, perineum, inner buttocks, and anus"
after you poo in the wc you wipe your ass with hygienic paper, then you sit on the bidet/bidè in this way and you wash yourself

Bidè/Bidets are very common here, i haven't yet seen a house without it .  It's very handy,   I doubt people take  a shower everytime after they poo, or that they take 10 shower a day if  are sick with gastrointestinal  flu.

My personal experience is that you won't find bidets anywhere but in Spain or south of France. There are tons of humorous implications but I'm not going to spell them out.

Bidets aren't very widespread in Spain afaik, in France they were very common till the 70's , they were installed in ~95% of  French households, but the % has dropped over time, only 42% of french households had bidets in 1993.

In Euroope bidets are very common in Italy (97% of households) and Portugal (92%), outside of Europe bidets are quite popular in Japan and South Korea "Combination toilet-bidets with seat warmers, or attachable bidets are particularly popular in Japan and South Korea, found in approximately 60% of households"

Bathtub in my current apartment is too small to stretch your legs out when sitting. I haven't taken a bath in the thing since I moved in. Showers are okay but a long hot bath in winter or a long cold bath in summer is amazing.

irl something shorted on the shuttle and laika overheated and died within a few hours of liftoff and for a brief while one could look up to the stars and see a light shooting across the sky that was actually a warm dog corpse slingshoting about the earth at thousands of miles per hour which was arguably humanity's greatest achievement so far

Haven't take a bath since I was 3, the damn drain valve got stuck in the open position, and my family was too lazy to replace it. After I moved out of that house, everywhere I've lived has only had really tiny showers, no tubs included. Can't wait til I get my own place with a nice large bath...

My grandparents used to have a jacuzzi in their home... I got to use it a couple of times when I was really little. Barely remember it but the thing was pretty much the size of a pool for me, and filled with jetstreams. Man, it was awesome. Brought in floating cup-holder, and a cold soda with me, cranked it up to wavepool status... aaaaaahhhhhhhh good times.

I shower as a daily routine, my bathtub is a Redmont by Jacuzzi brand with awesome jets for when I want a chillaxing bath. Why chose just one?
