The Battle of Stalingrad
« on: October 25, 2013, 12:44:04 pm »
Hello to all
Play with this game since June of 2011.
I untapped very often in people who use names of a political nature that is irreverently in an incisive .... Ours is a community that encompasses a bit all European countries from those bordering the Mediterranean to Scandinavian and east to Siberia .... it is normal that there is a confrontation of cultures in the game .... I saw sometimes talk about issues relating to the political and the personal ideas that everyone has to respect it .... But my question is not about this (each of us can escape a discussion when he wants .... just do not reply) I just wanted to ask your idea about characters who use names that belonged to political figures of the past or ideology and more .... this especially because yesterday Defend the Virgin in a player who was called H_itler has been banned for 30 days just for this reason .... But I have often seen singing  names like Stalin , Communist , Lenin and many others can play without being banned for this .....
I do not want to externalize my political nor a personal criticism .
I just want to know what you think about the members of this community  use
Names with political or ideological . (Of any kind )

Grow some skin.
It's not like when they take a name like einstein or Mao they admire their deeds (hopefully).

if i understand correctly he persumes a guy got banned just for calling himself h-itler.

cant answere you why he got banned,  but it may be because HRE is a german clan,  and in germany many things associated with this part of german history,  and this man in particular,  is agains the law.

it even says so in our decleration of independence day.
Yes, I know from whence I came! Discontented as a flame, Upon myself I live and glow. All I grasp like lightning flashes, All I leave behind is ashes

Nothing new here, this gaming community depicts the real life community.

Being a communist is acceptable, even if communism has killed more people than any other political ideology, yes including nazeesm.

But afaik , communism is allowed because some headadmins from Sweden support it

Oh please tell us, how much of a communist and a socialist you are, living in one of the wealthiest countries of the world!!!

I`m pretty sure that most communists are anticapitalists aswell, totally not wearing all star shoes, totally not using microsoft/apple products etc etc!

COMRADES!

Quick Edit : Waiting for the comments calling me a bonehead neo nazee

Quick Edit #2 : Why the hell Greece is occupied from Italians?? Whe owned those midgets and they went crying to the germans :D

I think I've seen some guy who has Stalin as part of his name. Personally, I don't like that. As for Lenin, see no problem there. Lenin wasn't the same as Stalin. Lenin was more like Gaius Julius Caesar while Stalin was more like Nero.

But even Stalin, despite the fact that he killed more people than einstein, isn't on the same level with him. einstein had completely different agenda, while Stalin was more of the old school dictator and murderer. einstein wanted to change the whole world and to do it fast

Mao and Stalin killed many people because they had many people under them to start with. einstein didn't have that many so he had to conquer the world so he could kill as much people his heart desired. That's what makes him worse than Mao and Stalin.

I have personal hate for communism, Stalin and the Red army. Dont really care much, if someone names himself something like that thou. Its just a name. Its not like I suddenly get Vietnamveternalike flashbacks whenever someone uses the name Stalin and I start crying my eyes out.

We all have dislikes towards different regimes, be it Communist, chocolate chip cookie or whatever.

If we go by the logic in the first post you should disallow Obama, Merkel and practically every politician and dictator ever as player name. I bet I wouldn't have any problems naming myself Obama, Castro, Gaddafi.. but einstein or Stalin all shit breaks lose.

Either allow them all or ban them all.
And now he can't play because of "common sense" and he doesn't understand how this common sense works

well there is good old saying like " history doesn't judge winners" or something like that.
people are like potatoes, they come in different shapes and sizes and they all are beautifull
masturbating while looking in a mirror isnt wrong unless its the rear view mirror and you are driving a school buss.

it doesnt matter if you are happiest person or an unfortunate weeper, a powerfull beast or a terrifying creature. we are all equal, in the eyes of the reaper.
