Just to let you guys know, i'm starting a pretty strict revision program for exams so i wont be on that much. Though i will try to come on in the evenings  for at least an hour or two.

Exams are way more important that gaming mate, get on with them, get them done to the top of your abilities and make sure you get those grades. Yes, real life takes over from cRPG.

Able to understand/speak English?: Nah, i just live in english and speak German.... Course i speak english, didnt we invent it . Umm yeh, I also speak french almost fluently and have a basic understanding of Italian.

Well... a lot of things I missed, a lot to work through. Expect full functionality at around Tuesday again.

Ok,

I am beginning to have complaints about some recruitment issues and I have noticed that the way people are being recruited is starting to become slack (Recruitement used to be tougher to pass).
This is bringing cause for concern and some unnamed members have actually complained to me and as such I have to reign some people in and re-set the boundries for recruiters.

Recruiters jobs are to tell the leaders (Myself, Lansamur and Ironsoul) about potential recruits and people who have asked to join the guild. They also actively look for members to join but the FINAL DECISION as to who enters the guild is made by the leaders.
