To be fair, the Gjermundbu helmet is the only complete Viking era helmet archaeologists have discovered. The Valsgärde helmet would be a nice addition, but it's not necessarily Viking, as it predates the Gjermundbu by a good 300 years (Vendel era).

True, but at this point I'd take anything from around the Viking Age (give or take a few centuries) in Scandinavia or Russia.

Just add all of them, we can't say that there is no ugly looking armors out atm, therefore even if one isn't perfect who cares? Add them all, the more the better, a wider selection will bring new people to the game who want to role play

this is perhaps the wrong thread to be posting in, but I would like to see the return of the old black plate, albeit in a higher definition. And full plate armors with heraldic tabards.
