Level of complexity in strat combined with very limited free time of most of people, means that in practice, most decision on how to play, even in such a large faction like mine, taking only a few people, and in practice, only one. Let's face it. My clan is at present form due to power of Hetman's vital energy. Everyone else are eager to look like their faction grows on the map, but only sometimes they do something useful, cos in fact, they are interested only in participating in battles, that's why we do lobbing for sensible and limited account sharing.
I suppose that if such a mechanism was existed from the beginning of the round, most of resources would have been used up to date and I'm convinced that my clan would disintegrate into several smaller groups, while arise a large number of completely new clans, based on an active leader and a group of casual players.
Instead of unreflecting accusations of cheating, better think how to help improve the game, cos now situation is totally shity, and any movement on the map depends mainly on us, which is boring and tiring.
