Because it is debatable. There are a number of things in crpg that are "broken" but considered acceptable. The best example would probably be manipulating the longer spears to stab over walls and around corners. Whenever I have it done to me I instinctively block left now and consider it just part of the game at this point. Though I have to admit, I am surprised that you would judge my moral integrity based off of one thing I do in a game.
