Make the Heavy and Arbalest cheaper!

Agreed. The heavy and arbalest should indeed be cheaper. The other 1 slot crossbows need adjusting though. Light and medium xbows got a damage improvement when they didn't need one.

NO! Why should you arbalesters get special treatment? I pay like 865gp every second round for my greatsword + armor.

Not to mention arbalests and heavy crossbows are ment to be carried while the user wears light armor. So if you are playing the cbow class correct, the highdamage cbow is really the only thing that should cost anything(also the tiny melee weapon if you have one). And I was an arbalester entire generation, so I somewhat know what im talking about. The upkeep sucked and hurt my heart, but I admit that it balanced the books. Basically same point as Peasant_Woman had.

Can you make the Heavy and the Arbalest a little cheaper because it has 2 slots so most the two handed spammers and the One handed shielders cant use that xbow, And it would be nice to give the Xbowman a change instead the 900 upkeep. You get broke all the time. 500 upkeep is much be:tter instead.

I'm an arbalest guy with a total gear cost of 29k-32k and sometimes I'm taking heavy losses if the arbalest breaks often (for example I played 30min with an average multi of 2,3x and I lost 10k). But still I'd say No. It's extremely powerful weapon even if you're equipped with only luck, but if you know how to play with it, it's always a positive k/d.


Summary: No. the cost of Arbalest and Heavy Xbow are fine.

This is bullcrap, I´m using Arbalest with my xbow alt (Nord_Friedbolt), and I´m making money all the time, no need to lower that price.
If you are losing gold, you just should take another armor -.-

They're pretty much fine.

The only thing an arbalester wastes money on is mostly the arbalest itself, due to wpf requirements of low gear, or the sidearm if no wpf used in it.
