Yes,we have a lot in common (lot negative stuff like poor people,corrupted government,a lot of crazy people...),but we have different mentality.

Only friendly person i seen from Russia is Cora,with rest of Slavs i don't really feel any connection between us.

well i wasnt taking it serieus till we started the match, i took those duels pretty serieus since if i would have lost he would have gotten 200k . and thats where him not paying me, and now it seems also not paying others is the issue, i dont need that 200k but if he is doing this on a regular basis, it is a problematic sittuation imo.

the problem is if he dous this to unknowing members of the community and actually dous win bets , and takes those winnings, while not paying up when losing, there is something damaging and wrong there, scamming. i said headadmin specifically, because newbie admins like you ptx, shouldnt bother with these issues

Betting money on duels is the stupidest shit ever. Only thing I've betted on is our rage respecer actually retiring a gen for 50k and doing a build he gave me for a gen. Something that IMPROVES a person rather than just boosting my ego.

I'm pretty sure I've seen the great dictator speak French a couple of times. I think he's Wallonian if I recall correctly.
Anyway he's one of those guys who will try to drag you into some sort of discussion and use every opportunity to complain about something. Just don't respond unless you feel like having an internet argument with him. That's what I do.

To be honest I completely agree with Rufio here, I don't see how he's in the wrong for wanting to get an admin to make sure this guy isn't scamming*... Because clearly he's done it a few times now.
