http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/crews I guess? Don't know anything about it personally, maybe someone that played on console can explain what they're for. It seems to affect some ingame stuff, kind of like a clan I guess.

Yea, seems you get more xp and $$$ if you run around with your crew instead of solo.

You can do activities together and get your own emblem/patch as a crew. It's perfect for biker gangs because then you can get your ''patch'' on the back (tho u can place it on the front and other places too).

Just a clan tho in simple terms.
