I was banned from NA 1 with no explanation given... Elune constantly kicked me out because I had just retired and had not yet received the weapon I could wield at spawn. Unbelievable. How are people so anal allowed admin especially when they don't even say a thing to you in warning?

Witness here.  It seems she "sent a warning" but was very unclear.  Also considering it was a sync issue its ridiculous how it's a reason for banning you. Especially for over 30 minutes...

It looks like you were warned in admin chat, then kicked, then banned. Pretty straightforward to be honest... 6 hour ban on the record for leeching.  I understand that retiring sucks, but as Magnetized so eloquently put it, don't spawn in with weapons you can't use.  Between the original warning and the ban there were over 5 minutes, more than enough time to get a new weapon on your character or for sync issues to work themselves out. 

It's up to Elune/Ganner to unban you early or not.

Not only were you warned, contrary to what you claim here in your post, you responded to it in a douchebag fashion making it more than evident that you read the warning.

This type of post warrants a mute for the OP. Waste of time here for MrShine to post logs of what the poster already knew.

Pretty much this.  Early unban denied. Total ban time given = 6 hours.
