Hey guys what programs do you use?

I recently change from MAX OT to 5x5 stronglifts and now I'm going to start up a 3x3 power program.

I'm doing this http://www.deepsquatter.com/strength/archives/korte.htm well pretty much.

My goal is 160kg Bench 240 kg deadlift and 200+ squat.

I haven't worked out what my goal snatch and C&J is, probably 100 ish on the snatch 140 on the C&J but I don't know. I need to talk to a pro and figure it out.

solid mate,  keep us updated!  also maybe wanna check out derivates of the waterbury method,  its by far the coolest shit I have ever done. maxed out at 180kg deep squats (1rep max) and 130kg bench (3rep max) back when I was 24.

ps what are your current pbs?

Current PB is is only 80kg on bench, my best lift was 110 but that was almost 10 years ago :/ I let myself go a bit lol

Current Deadlift PB is 145kg

Current squat PB is 130kg arse to grass.

Oh my current body weight is 88-90KG water weight keeps it shifting up and down. Height at 193cm, stupid long arms make some of my moves super hard lol.

I'll really keen to check out new programs so I'll totally take a look at the Waterbury method. I'm always keen.

ah nice dude!  i am 186cm@ 88kg,  130 deeps squat,  90 bench : )  we should keep  in touch haha.  and concidering your arms:  you gotta do some sort of fighting mate,  long arms are the shit!

I got the same body. Wish I would have chosen a smaller, wider model, because it's damn hard to find fitting clothes.

I hear you frank on the bench. My bench is terribad. My deadlift does better and I like it better anyway (maybe because I do better on it? hmm..).

Have you checked out forums like sherdog S&P? Its S& something else now but w/e. Used to post there and they had some awesome people there. Some strong mofos too. \

BB.com has a very good powerlifting sub forum. Might not be what you're looking for but powerlifting is getting the best squat, bench and deadlift you can get so that's going to be very helpful to you. They have a oly sub forum too but I've never gone in there.

I have been getting back to serious lifting since the last time i quit, missed it a lot. But i damaged a tendon in my right buttock and now im too afriad to do any serious deadlifts/squats... When i try higher weights i feel a tightening around the tendon and i simply do not want to painfuly limp for another 3 months.

Its depressing really, im getting back to my old from in the upper body section but i cannot improve my lower body the way i would want without some heavy ass squats/deadlifts. And i really love to do em too, you just feel like hulk after. Cannot say when i will be able to do them either, maybe i already can but im too afraid of injury to risk it. Its painful as fuck and the rehabilitation process is slow...

mate I had a torn medial tendon on my right knee,  was scared as fuck as well.  ofc its a bit different with the but, being the main motor there.  but I wanna encourage you to try to work around the pain and a bit into the pain.  you will keep feeling it until you train it away im(nooby)o

Same deal. 5 years ago I had a back injury that left my unable to move most of my body for three days. I was having full back cramps basically. Imagine all the muscles from your neck to your butt locking up and cramping continuously for three days... Anyway I didn't train for three years after that because no one could work out what was wrong. I lost all my stranth and got fat but I'm back into it know and almost stronger than ever, I've got a much better squat and DL than I've ever had. Well at least my squat weight, I used to do 500 body weight squat sets :S

Man had a good session to day. I found out my 1RM on the bench is a shit load higher than I thought it was. I did 6 volume sets and then did 1rm after that and cleared 10kgs past the weight that I thought it was lol

proper warmup does the trick mate.  also not having drunk too much the night before -.-
