I have been getting back to serious lifting since the last time i quit, missed it a lot. But i damaged a tendon in my right buttock and now im too afriad to do any serious deadlifts/squats... When i try higher weights i feel a tightening around the tendon and i simply do not want to painfuly limp for another 3 months.
Its depressing really, im getting back to my old from in the upper body section but i cannot improve my lower body the way i would want without some heavy ass squats/deadlifts. And i really love to do em too, you just feel like hulk after. Cannot say when i will be able to do them either, maybe i already can but im too afraid of injury to risk it. Its painful as fuck and the rehabilitation process is slow...
