You are clearly not a man of refined taste if you prefer the old black armour over the beautiful new one.

Damn you fruity europeans and your poofy sleeved eurogarb.

Boulder on a stick was hilarious. But really, it's just nostalgia, it wasn't that good back then.

Should rename the title to "The days when I could crutch on clearly cheap/op equipment/mechanics." It's much more reflective of reality I think. I know my 38p German Greatsword and War Bow combination was nothing less than OP. CRPG may not be perfect, but I think that if you just gave 15% more effort into figuring out what the real problem is, we could have a few more conversations that are actually worth while.

I'll never forget the first time I met you, riding on a plated charger, in full plate, on siege.

I prefer the new one but I don't understand why we can't have both.

I remember when this game was played, instead of being whined about in forum.

I remember when this game was fun.

Me too, that was a few years ago, when i started. Also it was this afternoon when i played. Also the time in between

Anybody else remember the days when cRPG wasn't this fucking horrible?
I remember days when 1/2d polearm users could jump and spin around and really make the most of their weapons.
I remember the days where polearm and 2h were on the same tier thanks to polestun.
I remember the days where shielders didn't suck and get assfucked ALL OF THE TIME by thrust glance.
I remember the days where crossbowmen, throwers and archers could jump and shoot.
I remember the days where ladders could be thrown and the fun that came with them.
I remember the days when lances hurt.
I remember the days when horses didn't have such autismal riding difficulties.
I remember when projectiles did damage.
I remember when black armor didn't look so fucking gay.
I remember when turn speed was fluid and natural.
I remember when 2h wasn't the ONLY class to play.
I remember devs slowly destroying this game month by month with needless updates.
I remember when the servers were smooth and responsive.
I remember when battle wasn't just a clusterfuck of cowardice.
I remember when this game was fun.

People tend to think things were better back then because you only remember the good things! You have adapted and don't like that it's changed even if there's better things provided now. Just a psychological background.
